IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Property Manager to become a member of the Barge Properties Management Company team. Must be pro-active, organized and have excellent customer service skills to lead on-site staff in accomplishing the goals set forth for the property by the Regional and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Oversee the leasing process, from showing apartments to prospective tenants to processing applications and lease agreements.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating maintenance requests and conducting regular inspections.
  • Handle tenant concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage the property’s budget, including rent collection and expense control.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management activities.
  • Implement and enforce property rules and regulations.
  • Supervise and train on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

WORK AUTHORIZATION & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: 

This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our property.
