Description
The Control Tower Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, delivery documentation, and shipment execution. This role serves as a central communication hub between operations, dispatch, customers, and leadership, proactively identifying and escalating issues that may impact service levels, production schedules, or customer deliveries.
The Control Tower Team Lead utilizes SAP and other logistics systems to monitor order status, validate delivery documentation, track operational performance, and support continuous communication across the supply chain. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational visibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting efficient logistics execution.

Requirements
路 High School Diploma or equivalent required.路 Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.路 SAP experience required with proficiency in logistics, order management, and shipment tracking functions.路 Advanced computer skills required, including Microsoft Office applications.路 Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred.路 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.路 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.路 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.路 Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.路 Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.聽路 Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, where permitted by applicable law.
聽Work Environment
路 Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments.路 Frequent interaction with operations personnel, dispatch teams, customers, and leadership.路 Exposure to warehouse conditions including moving equipment, vehicle traffic, and varying noise levels.路 Frequent computer use and system monitoring throughout the workday.路 Ability to walk the shop floor and truck yard as needed to support operational activities.路 Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in operational areas.
