Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Westchester - Tarrytown, NY 10591Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $21.05 - $21.05 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayWhat You’ll Do: Lead Preventative Maintenance: Design and manage a proactive maintenance schedule that keeps equipment running and minimizes disruptions. Hands-On & Team-Oriented: Train staff in basic maintenance—plastering, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. Daily Facility Checks: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities. Diagnose & Repair: Tackle maintenance issues head-on and make timely, quality repairs. Keep It on Record: Maintain logs of all repairs, inspections, inventory, and compliance reports. Vendor Coordinator: Work closely with service providers to manage outside repairs and maintenance needs. Team Leader: Delegate tasks, ensure quality control, and implement work schedules. On the Move: Travel across various IAHD sites in the Bronx and Westchester to support facility needs.
