RANDALLConstruction's Mechanical & Plumbing division is seeking is seeking aexperienced, strategic, and safety-driven Project Manager to lead fieldoperations across commercial construction projects throughout Orlando, theFlorida Space Coast, and across Central Florida. This role will oversee major HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanicalsystems installations for healthcare facilities, data centers, higher educationcampuses, hospitality developments, aviation projects, entertainment venues,and other large-scale commercial construction projects throughout CentralFlorida.

Theideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience managing projectswith mechanical contract values ranging from $10 million to $50 million+ whiledelivering exceptional safety, quality, schedule, and financial results.

PositionSummary:

TheProject Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and execution ofmajor mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through ownerturnover. This individual will manage project teams, client relationships,financial performance, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, andrisk management while ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

Project Leadership

• Lead large-scale commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout.
  
• Provide strategic direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
  
• Develop project execution plans and oversee all project activities.
  
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
  

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, and profitability.
  
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
  
• Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective action when necessary.
  
• Prepare monthly financial reports for executive leadership.
  

Client & Business Relationships

• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.
  
• Lead project meetings and executive-level communications.
  

Scheduling & Operations

• Collaborate with field operations to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  
• Coordinate manpower planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to meet milestone commitments.
  

Procurement & Contract Administration

• Oversee procurement of major mechanical equipment and materials.
  
• Manage subcontractor performance and vendor relationships.
  
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.
  

Quality & Safety

• Champion a culture of safety and accountability.
  
• Support project teams in achieving company and customer safety objectives.
  
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project requirements.
  

Desired Qualification Requirements andAttributes:

• Candidatesshould have experience managing large commercial mechanical projects including:Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities, Data Centers, Hospitality and ResortDevelopments, Higher Education Campuses, Airports and Transportation Facilities,Large Mixed-Use Developments, Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities, ThemePark and Entertainment Projects
  
• Minimum10 years of project management experience in commercial mechanicalconstruction.
  
• Demonstratedsuccess managing mechanical scopes exceeding $10 million.
  
• Strongunderstanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.
  
• Experiencewith design-build, design-assist, and negotiated projects.
  
• Excellentfinancial management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  
• Strongcontract administration and change management experience.
  
• Exceptionalleadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Bachelor'sdegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field,preferred
  
• PMP,CCM, LEED, or other industry certifications.
  
• Experiencewith Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and AutodeskConstruction Cloud.
  
• Knowledgeof BIM/VDC coordination processes.
  
• Abilityto pass  a national security backgroundcheck and drug screening
  

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a hybrid Office & FieldJobsite job and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hourworkday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during theday, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. Youmust also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required bythe job.
