What you will be doing:

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court and argue motions.
• Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy.
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team.
• Be front and center with clients and in the courtroom.

Experience you will need:

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license (required).
• Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus).
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence.
• A client-first mindset and commitment to excellent service.
