Conduct Enrollment Assessments As you become proficient in the role, you will conduct scheduled Enrollment Assessments with qualified entrepreneurs. These conversations are structured around: * Understanding why they originally engaged with Scaling.com. * Connecting their interest back to The Science of Scaling. * Understanding their business and current position. * Exploring their 10X or "impossible" goal. * Understanding what they want to change or accomplish. * Getting to the deeper motivation behind why they want to scale now. * Determining whether Scaling.com is the right fit. * Following the established enrollment process when they are qualified and ready. You will be expected to follow the script and SOPs throughout the process while still sounding like a real person. Follow the System This is a process-driven role. You will be expected to: * Follow call scripts and SOPs accurately. * Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM. * Record call outcomes and relevant prospect information. * Track next steps and follow-up dates. * Complete required follow-up consistently. * Review your calls and identify areas for improvement. * Apply coaching and feedback to your next calls. * Follow team standards even when the work becomes repetitive.
