Interventional Pain Management Physician | West Valley Phoenix, AZ | $700K+ Expected First-Year Earnings

Healthcare United is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician for a permanent, full-time position with an established practice at two locations in the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona.

The incoming physician will step into an immediate patient base with a strong referral network, high clinic and procedural volume, and dedicated NP, PA, MA, and procedural support. The practice is 100% outpatient, sees approximately 20–30 patients per day, and uses eClinicalWorks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care

• Perform cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections

• Perform facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, and radiofrequency ablation

• Perform large and small joint injections and spinal cord stimulator procedures

• Provide other appropriate minimally invasive pain treatments

• Collaborate with APPs and the procedural support team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• MD or DO

• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management

• Board certified in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R

• Active or eligible Arizona medical license

• Active DEA registration

• Strong experience performing interventional pain procedures

• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care

• Expected first-year earnings of $700,000+

• Uncapped productivity-based incentives

• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call

• 100% outpatient with no hospital rounding
