On behalf of our client, we are insearch of adding a CNC Machinist/Operator to the team — immediate hire.

Responsibilities

•      Work with programming and foreman to review next job

•      Set up fixtures for jobs

•      Collect tooling and set up tooling required to startand complete the job

•      Set zeros and offsets for jobs

•      Machine parts as per order request and job notes

•      Ensure the work you are producing is conforming to theprint and meets specifications during the machining operation(s)

Requirements

•      High School Diploma or equivalent

•      5+ years of CNC mill or vertical machining experience

•      Ability to read, understand, comprehend and interpretblueprints

•      Knowledge and use of CNC tooling and holders

•      Ability to set up CNC tooling, fixtures and transferprograms

•      Make simple edits to "G" and "M"codes

•      Must be able to regularly lift 10-35lbs andoccasionally lift around 56-60lbs - reasonable accommodations may be made foremployees with disabilities

•      Must have reliable transportation
