We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and servicing of equipment and building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained operations. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in mechanical servicing, electrical work, plumbing, painting, pressure washing, and general maintenance tasks.
1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, pumps, generators and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, fixtures and basic circuitry.
3. HVAC support systems. Assist with basic maintenance related to HVAC systems such as changing filters, servicing and reporting any major issues to specialized technicians.
4. Conduct plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, fixing plumbing leaks, and replacing fixtures.
5. Handle basic carpentry and painting duties for facility upkeep and renovations.
6. Operate pressure washing equipment for cleaning equipment, building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
7. Inspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
8. Maintain tools and maintenance supplies in good working order.

Requirements
- Proven experience in building and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
Skills:Â
- Mechanical Skills – Ability to service and repair generators, pumps, motors, HVAC units, and other mechanical equipment.
- Electrical Skills – Safe handling of wiring, lighting systems, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Plumbing Skills – Repairing pipes, valves, drains, and fixtures.
- Painting & Surface Preparation – Proficient in prepping and painting surfaces for both maintenance and cosmetic purposes.
- Pressure Washing – Operation and maintenance of pressure washing equipment for deep cleaning.
- General Handyman Skills – Proficiency in tools and techniques for basic carpentry, hardware repairs, and facility improvements.
- Preventive Maintenance – Ability to implement and follow routine inspection schedules to prevent breakdowns.
- Tool Operation – Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment.
