Staffing Coordinator- Full Time - The Grand of Dublin

Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Fulltime Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

Plans and develops monthly schedule for all nursing staff to ensure appropriate patient/resident care.
Ensures staffing vacancies due to call offs, leaves, etc. are filled timely using scheduling and timekeeping system.
Attends weekly staffing meetings to ensure development of staffing strategy.
Completes payroll for nursing department
Communicates all matters related to potential liability and exposure to Director of Nursing Services.
