A growing firm looking to add a Roadway Project Manager to their team!

Responsibilities:

Manage roadway/highway design projects from startto finish (geometric design, drainage coordination, maintenance of traffic andtraffic control plans)
Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Monitor progress of multiple projects, managerisks, and implement corrective actions
Lead internal multidisciplinary teams
Serve as primary client contact for IDOT districts and local agencies
Coordinate projects with utility companies,permitting agencies, and other stakeholders
Develop proposals, scopes, and fee estimatesfor new pursuits
Oversee QA/QC processes
Ensure project documentation is complete andaccurate (calculations, meeting minutes, and deliverables)
Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or degree in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience working on IDOT, Illinois Counties, and Illinois Local Agencies transportation projects
Illinois Professional Engineer license
Demonstrated knowledge of IDOT standards, procedures, and project delivery process
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to maintain budget, schedule, and quality objectives
Proficient with roadway design tools such as MicroStation/OpenRoads or similar CAD platforms and Microsoft Office for project documentation and reporting

Salary is commensurate with experience.
